Flower constancy altering the outcome of preferential behaviour of pollinator

Flower constancy (FC) is a pollinator behaviour that is universal across insect groups, but its effects, including interaction with preferential behaviour, are not well understood. We used non-spatial transition matrix model to show that a system with FC discriminates less attractive or rare plant species stronger than system without FC.
