Computer practicals consist from three parts, one day each. In 2023/2024 the course is only taught on the following days in the room for botanical practicals (B11):

Wednesday, 31.1., 8:30-max 15:30 - DNA sequences

Thursday, 1.2., 8:30-16:00 - microsatellites

Friday, 2.3., 8:30-max 14:30 - basics of NGS analysis

(Older) protocols can be downloaded here. It includes both laboratory and computer part (the computer part starts at page 18).

All the protocols are for Windows systems. The users of MacOS and Linux should install the appropriate program versions and put them into the PATH, if necessary...
