Covid Information

Here you can find a brief summary of current Covid-related rules for entry into the Czech Republic. Please, keep in mind that they might change until the Symposium starts.

The current rules are valid since September, 10 (last page update September, 14).

If your situation differs from those described below and need help or advice, do not hesitate to contact the organizing team (Ivana Cernajova, ivkacerka(at)gmail.com).

Everybody has to fill the arrival form (https://plf.uzis.cz/) before entering Czech Republic. Please fill this address as a main place to stay in the Czech Republic:

City: type "Spindleruv mlyn" and select "Spindleruv mlyn (Spindleruv mlyn, Kralovehradecky kraj)"
Street: leave it empty!
Land registry number: type "83" and select "c.p.83 Spindleruv mlyn"

If you are completely vaccinated or you had Covid-19 in the last 180 days:

  • You need to prove it by an appropriate certificate and you are free to enter with no more obligations. Certificates from EU+ countries as well as from the USA and Ukraine are valid.

If not and you are travelling from:

  • Finland, Italy, Poland or Slovakia: a negative antigen or PCR test is required before or no later than 5 days after entering Czech Republic.
  • Austria, Estonia, Germany, Spain, Ukraine or USA: First, a negative PCR test performed up to 72 hours before the trip is required when entering Czech Republic. Second, you have to undergo another PCR test no earlier than 5 and no later than 14 days after arrival, meaning that you have to stay in quarantine for at least 5 days after the arrival.
If your country of residence differs from your citizenship (and thus passport) we recommend you carry a resident confirmation with you.
